The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital media sales, with experience in influencing c-level executives and managing teams to drive revenue growth.
- Build strong relationships with key clients and partners to develop strategic sales plans and pitches.
- Cultivate and lead a team of ad sales professionals to increase client base and revenue through targeted campaigns and sales initiatives.
- Develop and manage organizational structures, including recruiting and training, to ensure the team is equipped to meet sales goals.
- Sustain open communication and alignment with clients and local sales counterparts to maximize client strategies and build trust.
- Establish processes for impact measurement, annual planning, and budget prioritization to drive business results.
Required qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales or leadership roles, with experience in performance marketing and ad metrics.
- 4+ years of people management experience, with a focus on developing and leading high-performing teams.
- Deep understanding of ad tech and its applications in driving business results.

- Ability to lead, plan, and manage extensive advertising budgets and campaigns.
