Paid Media Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Paid Media Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital advertising, particularly in managing paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Development: Develop and execute comprehensive paid advertising strategies across multiple platforms to achieve key performance metrics and business objectives.
  • Keyword Research and Audience Targeting: Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copywriting to maximize campaign performance and ROI.
  • Campaign Management: Create and manage campaigns, ad groups, and ad creatives, including A/B testing and ongoing optimization to improve ad performance.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor campaign budgets, performance metrics, and KPIs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data and provide regular reporting on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for optimization.
  • Industry Trends and Best Practices: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and algorithm changes to continuously refine advertising strategies.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including marketing, design, and product to align paid advertising efforts with overall marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Paid Advertising Experience: Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Campaign Optimization: Proficiency in campaign optimization techniques, including bid management, audience segmentation, and ad creative testing.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
