Senior UX Designer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer to lead the creation of exceptional user experiences. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact across multiple products and platforms, enhancing the experience of over 1 million users.

Your expertise in user-centered design and innovation will play a crucial role in shaping our products and driving user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective user experiences by balancing user needs with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct workshops, and stay updated on industry trends to deliver innovative design solutions.
  • Analyze data and analytics to inform design decisions and measure the success of design solutions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, information architecture, and other interaction designs artifacts.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience, with a robust understanding of user-centered design methodologies, design thinking, and best practices.
  • Experience in holding discovery workshops with stakeholders and users.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma and Figjam.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment to define and implement design solutions.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in leading design thinking workshops.
  • Familiarity with lean UX, agile, and scrum processes.
