Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Copywriter Supervisor to lead our team in developing and delivering high-quality written content across all active client accounts.

This role sits at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and commerce, ensuring every product copy is engaging, aligned with platform requirements, and designed to drive real impact for our clients.

As a Copywriter Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising workflows, guiding and supporting team growth, and staying ahead of retail media trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • English proficiency
  • Advanced copywriting skills with a solid grasp of persuasive and SEO-oriented writing techniques
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage feedback and negotiate effectively
  • Completed higher education in Communication, Journalism, Advertising, Public Relations, or related fields
  • Proven experience in copywriting or related writing roles
  • Previous experience supervising or mentoring copywriting teams
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Analytical mindset capable of identifying patterns, anticipating content needs, and contributing to strategic improvements
