Human Resources Specialist

To be successful in this role, you must have experience working with cross-functional teams to improve HR processes and support departments across the organization. You will collaborate with senior executives, people managers, and their direct reports to achieve organizational goals.

The ideal candidate for this position is an experienced HR Business Partner who can navigate complex dynamics of rapidly growing teams, advise on and own the build of scalable team processes and structures, and help maintain a positive culture while developing employees. This role offers the opportunity to design and implement programs and processes from scratch with significant impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to run and improve key HR processes including recruitment, performance management, compensation, benefits, and employee engagement.
  • Assist in creating scalable org structures, working with department heads, managers, and finance to identify needs, pain points, communication strategies, and succession plans.
  • Strengthen the management bench by providing guidance, cross-functional perspectives, and 360 feedback.
  • Coach employees on development, career paths, and navigating complex challenges.
  • Partner with legal and HR Operations on complex employee relations issues and implement resolutions or policies as needed.
  • Assure alignment of our company's culture, values, and engagement initiatives with your work.
  • Identify and solve inefficiencies to scale the impact of the HR team.

You Are Likely to Succeed If:

  • You have 4+ years of experience in an HRBP, Generalist, or Employee Relations role at a fast-paced tech or SaaS company.
  • You've partnered directly with senior leaders (Director+) providing coaching and strategic guidance.
  • You have experience supporting global teams and navigating cross-cultural HR practices.
  • You've led or supported performance and engagement cycles (e.g., reviews, surveys, stay interviews).
  • You're comfortable managing sensitive situations with discretion and sound judgment.
  • You communicate clearly, collaborate well across teams, and build trust at all levels.
  • You're resourceful, proactive, and thrive in fast-changing environments.
  • You think big-picture while executing effectively on day-to-day priorities.
  • Conversational English level.
  • Bonus if you've supported Engineering, Product, or G&A teams.
  • Extra bonus if you've built career paths or development plans for technical or client-facing roles.
