Job Overview:

Digital Engineering Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Engineering Leader to spearhead the development of web services solutions and features. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading development teams, mentoring junior colleagues, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead development teams in delivering high-quality web services solutions;
  • Mentor and support less experienced team members to enhance their skills and expertise;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements;
  • Develop and maintain scalable, secure, and performant web services and features using Python versions 2 and 3, Django, Flask, and other relevant technologies;
  • Participate in technical discussions and decisions to ensure alignment with business objectives;
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in leading development teams and driving project success;
  • Proficiency in Python programming languages (versions 2 and 3);
  • Experience with web frameworks such as Django and Flask;
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks like pyTest;
  • Knowledge of Linux environments and scripting;
  • Experience with designing, developing, and consuming RESTful APIs;
  • Proficiency in working with SQL and NoSQL databases.
