Job Title: Property Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished Property Specialist to lead our broking activities and ensure clients' expectations are consistently met.

  • Develop, review, and deliver presentations to secure new relationships and build on existing ones.
  • Evaluate client risks and recommend optimal risk solutions.
  • Provide coverage and program design advice, and perform needs analysis to recommend improvements.
  • Build strong partnerships with various organizations and stakeholders to secure optimum terms for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct program peer reviews and provide coaching to brokers in training.
  • Oversee proposal preparation, negotiate quotes, and finalize contracts.
  • Collaborate with associates to stay updated on market changes.
Requirements:
  • 5-12 years industry experience (real estate, hospitality, and leisure experience preferred)
  • Insurance broker's P&C license required
  • Excellent presentation skills; ability to drive complex conversations
  • Negotiation and conflict management skills; business acumen and project management
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving, and leadership skills
