Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Affairs Manager to support our Specialty Agriculture Solutions business unit and Huber Engineered Materials internal and external customer systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and communicate changes in product regulations and standards to ensure compliance.
  • Support product management and development for Specialty Agriculture Solutions.
  • Coordinate and prepare submissions for country government agencies in Central and South America.
  • Develop guidance and strategies for regulatory affairs projects.
  • Provide responses to internal and external regulatory requests.
  • Serve as a regulatory expert and representative for assigned products and platforms.
  • Identify and develop regional regulatory training programs.
  • Support regulatory systems, including document management and regulatory sites.
  • Create and update policies, procedures, and associated documents.
  • Author and review policies and procedures.
  • Develop strong relationships with regional regulatory SMEs and the business.
  • Provide regulatory support on global projects as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Toxicology, Regulatory Affairs, Legal, or a related field.
  • 8 years of experience in regulatory affairs related to agriculture, agrochemicals, fertilizers, and/or industrial products.
  • Knowledge of regulations and the regulatory process.
  • Experience with project management and process optimization tools.
  • 4-5 years of team management experience.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
  • Successfully achieved registrations or licensing for new products, renewals, and amendments for agricultural products.
  • Well-structured, organized, and capable of working independently.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, SharePoint, and ERP.
  • Good understanding of IT applications and databases.
