Job Title: Servicenow AI Engineer
">Job Description">- Our organization seeks a skilled and proactive Servicenow AI Engineer with expertise in Now Assist AI and Servicenow's AI-driven capabilities to design, develop, and implement solutions.
- The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable Servicenow AI configurations.
- We require custom applications, integrations, and automation leveraging Now Assist AI, Flow Designer, and other Servicenow modules.
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Servicenow Now Assist AI, including Virtual Agents, Predictive Intelligence, and Generative AI capabilities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable Servicenow AI configurations.
- Develop custom applications, integrations, and automation leveraging Now Assist AI, Flow Designer, and other Servicenow modules.
- Proven experience as a Servicenow Developer, with hands-on expertise in Now Assist AI and Servicenow's AI/ML capabilities (Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, Generative AI integrations).
- Strong understanding of Servicenow architecture, scripting (JavaScript, Glide), and configuration.
- Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP integrations.
- ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Application Developer (CAD) Certified Implementation Specialist Now Assist AI Specialist (if available).
- Experience with additional Servicenow modules (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITOM, SecOps, etc.).
