We are seeking a talented Product Designer to join our team at Poatek. As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to design and develop innovative digital products.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with Software Engineers, Researchers, Strategists, Creatives, and Project Managers to design and develop digital products.
- Participate in and lead ideation sessions, workshops, demos, and presentations with clients.
- Prototype and communicate the look and feel of a project using Figma.
- Design products using a variety of tools, including sketch, wireframe, design, prototype, animate, and more.
- Ensure designs are conceptually sound and align with content strategy.
- Build cohesive, lightweight, and purposeful design systems.
- Present work to internal and external stakeholders, articulating the why of design decisions.
**Requirements**:
- Proudly shipped and launched several products.
- Experience with Figma and a strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and advanced design principles.
- Committed to giving and receiving design critique to help refine and push work.
- Push for and create inclusive, accessible design for all.
- Desire to mentor new product designers and interns.
