Job Title: Solutions Architect

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to drive partner engagement and business growth.

  • The primary focus of this role is to lead the technical aspects of the sales process, from product presentations and solution demonstrations to deployment and ongoing support.
  • This includes conducting Proof of Concept (POC) sessions and overseeing onboarding processes for new partners, ensuring a seamless transition and understanding of our products.
  • Additionally, the successful candidate will collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to streamline the sales process and enhance partner relationships.
  • Responsibilities also include participating in client and partner meetings, delivering impactful presentations, webinars, and representing the company at exhibitions.
  • The ideal candidate will provide training and demonstrations to partners, either on-site or remotely, to ensure they are well-equipped to utilize our solutions.
  • Another key aspect of the role is to develop and refine technical documentation, presentations, training materials, and case studies to support sales efforts.
  • Furthermore, the Solutions Architect will engage in the creation and enhancement of standardized solutions and localized documentation.
  • They will also supervise and support POCs, tests, and equipment configurations to meet partner requirements.
  • Finally, the successful candidate will offer technical support for customizations, integrations, and new feature development as needed.
Ideal Profile:
  • A relevant higher education degree is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in engineering or technical roles is necessary.
  • Fluent spoken English (B2 or higher) is essential, knowledge of Spanish is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Familiarity with fuel and fleet monitoring equipment is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in office software, including PowerPoint and Visio, is expected.
  • Willingsness to travel as required is necessary.
