- The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal relationship skills, and the ability to analyze complex sales data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Advise sales management on market trends, customer insights, and historical sales data to develop effective strategies for business growth.
- Data Analysis: Analyze complex sales data from various sources, integrating quantitative and qualitative information to inform business decisions.
- Forecasting and Tracking: Track monthly sales orders, analyzing results against internal metrics and forecasting sales performance.
- Team Guidance: Interview and survey the sales team to identify best practices and trends, providing guidance for strategic decisions.
- Distributor Management: Resolve complex distributor issues and negotiate solutions to achieve desired sales outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- English intermediate level; Spanish is an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal relationship skills.
