Sales Visual Merchandiser

Job Role:
The Merchandising Sales Associate is a key member of the retail sales team responsible for maintaining visual standards and supporting field activity initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain regular attendance and adapt to varied schedules as needed
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of planograms and resets
- Perform store-specific measurements and maintain visual standards
- Support in-store layout initiatives and perform cycle counts
- Deliver exceptional customer service through GURA:
- Greet customers
- Uncover customer needs and wants
- Recommend product solutions
- Ask to add value and appreciate customers
- Provide legendary customer experiences that differentiate from competitors
Requirements:
- Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required
- Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required
- Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver's license
Skills:
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling
- Visual merchandising and display skills
