Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to join our Ucademy team as an Admin Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our clients.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and has the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with current and potential clients to resolve inquiries and answer any queries in line with Ucademy's business needs.
  • Manage diaries and arrange appointments.
  • Provide support and service answers.
  • Follow up on cases and ask for feedback.
  • Coordinate with other teams within Ucademy to communicate information to those external to Ucademy most effectively.
  • Offer insights from clients to assist Marketing.
  • Maintain existing projects.
  • Act as the interface between the business and any external agencies we instruct.
  • Other duties as instructed by the director.
Requirements and Skills
  • Qualifications and Skills:
  • Good computer skills (including social media).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with video conferencing software.
  • Possess a passion for the job.
  • Able to show enthusiasm when speaking with clients.
  • Confident in communication and professional telephone manner.
  • Demonstrate the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Work confidentially and meet required deadlines.
  • Comfortable working remotely in a small team.
  • Fast execution of tasks.
