Expert Data Insights Specialist

We are seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for extracting insights from large volumes of complex data and helping solve problems within our Talent team.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, with the ability to develop a data solution from scratch, defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
Responsibilities include working with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and querying data sources, cleansing and massaging data into the required shape, creating datasets, reports, and dashboards, presenting findings and gathering feedback from stakeholders, deploying data and reports to data analysis tools, and maintaining and documenting the operational environment.
Requirements- At least 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, data analysis, and visualization.
- Knowledge of top-of-the-line data analysis tools and administration.
- Solid understanding of relational data modeling concepts.
- Strong analytic skills and hands-on approach.
- Excellent organizational skills and disciplined implementation approach.
- Experience with ETL using SSIS, Python, or similar technologies.
- Knowledge of SQL Server database architecture and/or tabular data models.
- Advanced English language proficiency.
- Flexibility and ability to work autonomously.
