**Head of Sales - Telematics Solutions**
This position is responsible for leading the sales team in the Telematics portfolio, driving revenue growth and expanding customer base.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, train, and motivate sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Execute strategic plans to expand customer base and reach sales targets.
- Direct and manage the performance and development of sales team.
- Provide training and counseling for individual team members to ensure targets are met.
- Maintain internal systems and ensure accurate data entry.
**Requirements**
- 2+ years of leadership experience in sales.
- Proven track record of sales achievements in B2B.
- Results-focused, organized, and good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze information and make decisions independently.
- Good English language skills (written and oral).
