Job Title: Social Media Community Manager

This is a key role for our organization, responsible for managing our social media presence and creating engaging content for our audience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Re-work existing assets into visual formats for organic social media.
  • Manage the community, grow the audience, and provide ongoing feedback on ad performance.
  • Provide analysis with actionable insights and business recommendations.
  • Carry out day-to-day management of asset planning and deliverables.
  • Create best practices for ad creative per platform.
  • Identify new innovative ways to expand into content production.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation for documentaries or non-profit organizations.
  • 5+ years of experience working with English-speaking brands.
  • Perfect English language skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new social media trends.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in creating various asset types, including images, videos, and gifs.
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Photoshop and Canva.
  • Strong data understanding and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to follow best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
