Our organization is seeking a skilled payroll professional to support its operations in Brazil. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of regular payrolls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review calculations and perform checks to guarantee the integrity of payroll data.
  • Initiate corrections as needed to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to drive operational excellence.
  • Assist with general ledger inquiries and prepare payroll audit testing.
  • Engage in continuous improvement projects to enhance processes and recommend best practices.
  • Develop and maintain desktop procedures to ensure seamless execution.
  • Respond to payroll processing and employee payroll issues within service level agreement requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in payroll management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, initiative, teamwork, problem-solving, and independent judgment skills.
  • Proficient technical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills with proficiency in English.
  • Able to work in an environment with regulatory/compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer service with a strong sense of ownership for results.
