Job Description

Hatch is a leading global company that specializes in providing engineering, project and construction, business consulting and operational services to the mining, metallurgical, energy and infrastructure industries. As an advisory consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve their business objectives by providing expert advice and guidance.

Our team of experienced consultants works closely with clients to understand their unique needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven consultant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management consulting or a related field, as well as experience working with clients in the mining, metals, energy or infrastructure sectors. They will also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting client engagements, developing and implementing strategies, and collaborating with colleagues to deliver high-quality services to clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of management consulting or relevant industry experience
  • Proven experience in mining, metals, energy or infrastructure projects
  • Solid functional knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Strategy, Transaction Support, Business Readiness & Transformation, Capital Productivity, Supply Chain, Asset & Maintenance Management, Organization Effectiveness, and Risk Management
  • Strong initiative, eagerness to break new ground and create opportunities for others
  • Self-motivation and drive to take ownership of a work stream
