About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Compliance Auditor to join our team. As a Contract Auditor, you will be responsible for conducting social compliance assessments based on our established procedures and client expectations.


Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough social compliance assessments based on our procedures and client requirements;
  • Deliver high-quality reports within specified timelines;
  • Maintain expertise in our social compliance assessment procedures and local labor laws;
  • Collaborate with internal team members for training, coordination, and administrative purposes;
  • Work closely with colleagues (co-auditors) to accomplish tasks during on-site assessments and reporting processes;
  • Ensure adherence to all company policies regarding integrity and confidentiality of information;
  • Manage sensitive information with the utmost discretion;
  • Perform other assignments as required.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources, Occupational Health and Safety, or Environment; an advanced degree is preferred;
  • Minimum two years of experience in social compliance auditing;
  • At least 100 verifiable social compliance audit days;
  • APSCA registration is mandatory;
  • CSCA certification is essential;
  • Valid driver's license is required;
  • Ability to travel 80% of the time;
  • Strong business acumen;
  • Excellent customer service and results-oriented skills;
  • Effective problem-solving and negotiation skills;
  • Excellent verbal and written English language proficiency;
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet research/reporting/analysis tools;
  • Global perspective and cultural sensitivity;
  • Unwavering personal and professional integrity and ethics;
  • Comfortable handling confrontations with diplomacy and ease;
  • Ability to operate effectively in multicultural environments;
  • Confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information;
  • SA8000 Auditor Certification, RBA, BSCI Certification, or equivalent is an advantage;
  • Knowledge of international and local labor standards and human rights issues is preferred.
