Data Analyst Job Description

Mondelēz International is a global leader in the snacking industry. They are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join their team.

Job Overview:

This role will focus on utilizing data models to uncover trends that drive long-term business results. The ideal candidate will have experience working with commercial business domains, ideally in CPG or FMCG industries.

  • Develop and maintain data models to analyze business performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Analyze data from external sources such as POS Sellout Data and Nielsen Syndicated Data.
  • Utilize trade promotion management (TPM) data to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain reports using Power BI and Tableau.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in information systems, technology, business analytics, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of work experience in data analytics.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or ADO.
  • Knowledge of KPIs and scorecards.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
