Job Description

We are seeking an HR Representative to join our team. As an HR Representative, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining HR-related paperwork and files, conducting background checks and drug testing, and providing administrative support to the HR department.

You will also be responsible for processing non-exempt HR information, completing on-boarding and new hire processes, assisting with recruitment efforts, explaining benefits and policies to employees, and maintaining files and records.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required
  • 2+ years of experience in an HR or payroll role
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and build effective relationships
