SAP Transformation Specialist Job

Olisipo seeks a skilled SAP transformation specialist to lead international projects in S/4HANA.

The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end delivery, ensuring alignment between business, IT, and partners, as well as the effective adoption of implemented solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead SAP S/4HANA projects;
  • Manage scope, deadlines, budget, and resources;
  • Oversee data migration, integrations, and cutover activities;
  • Coordinate stakeholders and third-party suppliers;
  • Prepare reports and KPIs;

As an SAP transformation specialist at Olisipo, you will be responsible for managing multidisciplinary teams and communicating effectively with various levels. You will also support ongoing change management initiatives and ensure solution adoption.

Requirements
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory);
  • Availability to travel internationally;
  • Solid experience in SAP S/4HANA projects, including Finance, Controlling, and Consolidation modules;
  • Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology;
  • Experience in ERP transformation (brownfield, greenfield, hybrid);
  • Competence in agile and waterfall methodologies;
  • Strong risk management, communication, and leadership skills;
  • Experience in stakeholder management (C-level, business leads, end users);
  • Knowledge of Change Management.
