Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Structural Supervisor to oversee activities such as welding and fitting, structural modifications, and reinforcements. This individual will ensure all work follows design drawings, codes, and standards.

This role involves managing teams of welders, fitters, riggers, and other structural personnel. The successful candidate will assign tasks, monitor progress, and resolve issues on-site. They will also enforce safety procedures to prevent accidents and conduct toolbox talks to ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

The Senior Structural Supervisor will inspect structural work for accuracy and quality. They will work closely with quality inspectors and engineers to address defects or deviations. Additionally, they will coordinate with engineering, planning, and other foremen to ensure smooth workflow and avoid clashes.

The ideal candidate will provide daily progress reports to supervisors or construction managers and track materials, manpower, and equipment usage.

Responsibilities
