Key Role: Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and administering physical therapy programs to restore function, prevent disability, and help patients reach their maximum level of independence.
Job Description:
In this role, you will assess patient condition based on diagnosis from the referring physician, develop and update an appropriate plan of care in collaboration with the patient/family, and provide assessment of patient condition based on diagnosis from the referring physician.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Evaluates, plans, directs, and administers physical therapy programs
- Develops and updates plans of care in collaboration with patients and families
- Provides assessment of patient condition based on diagnosis from the referring physician
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or related field
- Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist in the State of Pennsylvania
