Job Title: Senior Product Consultant

At Cognizant, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Product Consultant, you will play a critical role in overseeing the development and implementation of new products or services, ensuring they meet the needs and expectations of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze RFP/RFI requirements in detail and participate in solution response teams to ensure functional viability.
  • Participate in pre-sales interactions with customers when showcasing solutions.
  • Conduct requirements analysis and provide functional design.
  • Create UI designs and perform product configuration setup based on customer needs.
  • Review all deliverables created by the Product Specialist functional and technical and Product Analyst within the track or module.
  • Prepare and review deployment documents.
  • Coordinate with the testing team to validate usability by customers.
  • Assist the testing team in creating test strategy documents.
  • Review test cases created by the Testing team to ensure requirements coverage.
  • Provide UAT and implementation support.
  • Contribute ideas and areas requiring improvements or best practices based on project implementation team feedback.
  • Implement process improvements as designed by the Product Consultant.
  • Create and deliver functional training on products or modules.
  • Mentor team members from a functional perspective to ensure delivery of the module.
  • Prepare guidelines and checklists for the team.
  • Create estimates and plans for the module.
  • Provide status reports, raise issues or risks or dependencies with the Product Consultant (functional).
  • Coordinate with other tracks.
  • Allocate work and raise requests for resources as required.
  • Review deliverables generated for the track or module to ensure they meet necessary quality norms.
  • Interact with onsite and offshore teams to ensure issue resolutions.
  • Participate and contribute to status reports for the customer and meetings.
  • Coordinate with the QE&AS PTG/testing group to provide clarifications on requirements.
  • Present status to the customer if onsite.
  • Create impact analysis for change requests or maintenance issues in own area of work and seek review from Product Consultant.
  • Interface with quality reviewers and auditors for the projects.
  • Submit necessary artifacts or data as requested by the DAG.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Advanced English language proficiency
  • Training Needs Analysis
  • SAP C/4HANA Commerce Technical
  • BY Supply Chain Execution
  • BY WMS (Dispatcher)
  • User Access & Identity Management
