Export Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Export Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating exports and ensuring compliance with process requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with exporters and shipping agents to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
  • Prepare shipping documents in accordance with customer requirements and international shipping guidelines.
  • Monitor key export indicators such as time and cost to provide valuable insights for future shipments.
  • Ensure all required documents are submitted on time to maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with customs clearance teams to streamline the process.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal and external customers to ensure their needs are met.
  • Work closely with carriers to monitor shipment processes and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Education: Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
  • At least one year of experience in export coordination or related activities.
  • Desirable knowledge of Incoterms (Groups E, F, C, and D) and SAP systems.
  • Strong initiative, negotiation, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
