Welder Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Welder to fulfill a critical role in our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment and accessories of a mechanical nature, encompassing cutting and welding services such as pipes, tanks, valves, supports, and equipment.
  • Join and cut metal alloy parts using various welding processes, including coated electrode, TIG, MIG, MAG, OXIGAS, submerged arc, brazing, gouging, plasma.
  • Prepare equipment, accessories, welding, and cutting consumables and parts to be welded.
  • Perform cutting of plates, pipes, and profiles according to pre-established instructions and under supervision.
  • Evaluate the quality of welding services by performing non-destructive tests to check for cracks after the welding process.
  • Manufacture, repair, and install different parts and elements in sheet metal, including steel, galvanized iron, copper, tin, brass, aluminum, and zinc.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, projects, and isometrics of piping installations.
  • Maintain a safe and organized workplace environment that adheres to technical, quality, safety, and environmental standards and procedures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to prepare scheduled maintenance shutdowns and adhere to established schedules.
