Senior Baker Technician

As a Bakery Expert, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers with technical expertise and knowledge of bakery processes. • Provide technical support to bakery customers through product demonstrations, customer visits, and sales support.
• Conduct pilot plant trials and lab experiments to evaluate enzyme performance and optimize manufacturing processes.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to product development, documentation, and customer training.

• Degree in Food Science, Bakery Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in the baking industry or food ingredients sector.
• Practical knowledge of bakery processes; enzyme experience is highly valued.
• Strong teamwork skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
