Key Responsibilities

To help build the future of Open Data, you'll work closely with product managers, product designers, and QA engineers to deliver intuitive, performant, scalable, and well-tested user interfaces.

  • Develop and maintain high-performance, scalable, and testable UI components using Vue 3 and TypeScript.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and ensure consistency across the codebase.
  • Write and maintain unit, integration, and E2E tests with tools like Cypress or Playwright.
  • Work closely with QA to embed testing early in the development cycle and avoid regressions.
  • Participate in code reviews, pairing sessions, and technical discussions.
  • Collaborate with other FE team members and raise the bar for testing culture across squads.
  • Collaborate with design and product to build features that balance user experience and technical feasibility.
  • Identify and resolve performance issues and UX inconsistencies.
  • Contribute to internal tooling and frontend infrastructure (e.g., component libraries, CI improvements).
  • Ability to mentor team members, knowledge-share, and help shape frontend best practices across teams.
  • Stay up to date with emerging frontend technologies, best practices, and industry trends, and share knowledge and insights with the team.

Nice to Have Skills
  • Experience building and maintaining custom internal component libraries.
  • Familiarity with component testing tools such as Vitest, Cypress Component Testing, or similar.
