About the Role

As a detail-oriented and proactive accountant, you will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy and compliance with local regulations while supporting the wider finance function of our growing organization.

  • Maintain and manage financial records in QuickBooks to ensure accuracy and transparency.
  • Generate reliable monthly financial statements, reports, and reconciliations to inform business decisions.
  • Support year-end closing, audits, and tax filings to maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to drive strategic planning.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including tax advisors and auditors, to ensure seamless communication.
  • Ensure financial processes align with local and international compliance standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working with QuickBooks.
  • Knowledge of local tax compliance.
  • Experience preparing monthly and annual financial statements.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid setting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in the financial services or crypto industry.
  • Familiarity with international accounting standards or multi-entity accounting.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
