Job Title: Inventory Manager

At our organization, we are seeking a skilled Inventory Manager to oversee and optimize our inventory processes. This role will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of inventory, from procurement to disposal. Our ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze inventory levels, identifying trends and opportunities for cost reduction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory turnover, minimize stockouts, and reduce waste.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless inventory flow and efficient use of resources.
  • Monitor and report on inventory performance metrics, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
  • Strong understanding of inventory control principles, including cycle counting, stockroom management, and material handling.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
