Academic Writer Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Academic Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent writing skills and a deep understanding of architectural concepts, terminology, and theory.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Research using academic journals, design literature, and official guidelines will be performed by the successful candidate.
  • Create original academic works in architecture, urban planning, and sustainable design.
  • Adhere to academic structure, formatting rules, and citation styles (APA, MLA, Chicago, etc.).
  • Revision and refinement of documents according to reviewer or client feedback is also required.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in German (C1–C2 level) is essential for this position.
  • Excellent writing skills and a deep understanding of architectural concepts, terminology, and theory are also necessary.
  • Experience with academic writing or design documentation is preferred.
  • Ability to analyze and write on diverse architecture topics (historical, technical, environmental) is required.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail are essential for this role.
