Product Development Manager

We are seeking a Product Development Manager to join our team. As a key player, you will be responsible for the development and growth of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Vision & Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.\
  • Roadmap & Backlog Management: Develop the product roadmap, prioritize features, and manage the product backlog.\
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, design, and other teams to deliver high-quality products.\
  • Customer Focus: Gather feedback to inform product decisions and translate customer needs into features.\
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Use data and analytics to guide decisions and monitor product success.\
  • Agile Process: Lead agile ceremonies (sprints, stand-ups) and ensure efficient product delivery.\

    • Requirements:\
      • \
      • Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a technology-driven environment (preferably in AI, SaaS, or B2B products).\
      • Technical Background: Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, SaaS products, and the software development lifecycle.\
      • Agile Methodology: Proven experience in working with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and managing a product backlog.\
      • Communication: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product vision, strategy, and requirements to technical and non-technical stakeholders.\
      • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems.\
      • Leadership & Collaboration: Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional team and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.\
      • Languages: Proficiency in English (Portuguese is a plus).\
