About Our Survey Writer Position

We are seeking an accomplished data storyteller to craft compelling surveys that drive actionable insights.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work individually and collaboratively on client and internal data projects to deliver high-quality survey content.
  • Break down complex data sets into digestible pieces for cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Write, edit, or oversee white papers and data reports for clients and our internal platforms, effectively communicating market research insights.
  • Collaborate with writers, designers, developers, and PR team members to create engaging and informative evergreen reports.
  • Research customer insights for niche B2B verticals by identifying and reaching industry audiences through innovative market research strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in multimode survey design, questionnaire design, pretesting methods, survey implementation, and improving strategies to increase response rates.
  • A passion for pushing market research forward and thinking creatively about data-driven approaches.
  • Strong verbal communication skills for explaining complex insights to clients.
  • Exceptional organizational and team management skills, particularly when coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to help visualize data insights and communicate them to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Advanced Excel skills or other data manipulation techniques.
  • Familiarity with database and statistical languages such as SQL, R, Stata, or Python (optional).
  • Familiarity with data visualization and mapping tools like Datawrapper, Highcharts, or Tableau (optional).
