AI Engineer Role

We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer to join our team. As an AI Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and implementing AI-powered systems using Large Language Models (LLMs). Your primary responsibility will be to build scalable AI solutions that drive smarter workflows, improve automation, and enhance the customer experience.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives on shipping real-world AI applications, collaborating cross-functionally with engineering and product teams, and applying state-of-the-art NLP techniques to practical use cases.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 1 year of hands-on work with LLMs. You should have proficiency in Python and experience integrating models via APIs. Understanding of embeddings, vector search, and semantic retrieval techniques is also essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement LLM-based systems for document understanding, retrieval-augmented generation, and intelligent classification tasks.

  • Fine-tune or adapt foundation models to suit domain-specific use cases.

  • Build and maintain prompt-based and retrieval-augmented workflows to improve accuracy and context.

  • Evaluate and benchmark LLM performance on custom tasks and datasets.

  • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to build end-user features powered by AI.

  • Monitor and optimize inference performance, latency, and cost.

  • Stay current with the latest in NLP research, tooling, and model architectures.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in AI/ML engineering with a focus on LLMs.

  • Proficiency in Python and experience integrating models via APIs.

  • Understanding of embeddings, vector search, and semantic retrieval techniques.

  • Experience contributing to deployed AI-powered products or internal tools.
