Job Opportunity:

The role of a Senior Solution Engineer is to deliver complete integrated solutions with the highest quality while supporting customers, dealers, and internal consumers globally.

This involves using various technologies, products, and platforms to identify customer needs and deliver solutions that support business requirements.

As part of the API & Integrations team, responsibilities include interfacing with potential integration consumers, collaborating cross-functionally, conducting onboarding, providing training, support, and guidance on using integration services effectively, ensuring data quality in integrations, monitoring, troubleshooting production issues, proposing fixes and improvements, and following up on results.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will have experience with SAP in a Volvo environment, preferably with MOM or ODC solutions used within CE, proven experience in integration service design, business and systems analysis, including information modeling and architecture, experience in documenting requirements and testing, familiarity with integration technologies such as REST API, SFTP, IBM MQ, and IBM API Connect, strong problem-solving and debugging skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and fluency in English.
