Logistics Manager

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for logistics and leadership? We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee our night shift operations in a Delivery Station.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of operational leaders in daily management of the delivery station, including allocating labor, leading meetings, and assigning job duties
  • Support the team in achieving goals such as On Time Dispatch, First Day Delivery Success, and enhancing customer service
  • Think analytically about project management with attention to detail, influence others, and possess exceptional organizational skills
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations or related field, with experience in dynamic environments dealing with ambiguities
  • Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situations
  • Intermediate English Level
