We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Data Analyst.

Job Description

As a data analyst, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven solutions to drive business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze complex data sets, identify trends and insights, and develop actionable recommendations to inform business decisions.

Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and maintain databases, data warehouses, and data pipelines to support business intelligence and data analytics initiatives. You will also be responsible for ensuring data quality, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

You will work with senior leadership to define business objectives and develop strategic plans to achieve them. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes to meet business needs.

In addition, you will be responsible for staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and applying that knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our data analytics capabilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in data analysis, machine learning, or related field
  • Experience with big data processing tools such as Hadoop, Spark, or NoSQL databases
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
