Job Description

Envalior is a leading global engineering materials company that offers innovative solutions to today's world. We are seeking a highly skilled Medior Tax Analyst to join our global tax team.

The successful candidate will support the tax function in compliance and advisory roles, gaining hands-on experience in various tax matters. Key responsibilities include preparing tax returns, assisting in tax audits, and supporting the implementation of tax strategies.

The Medior Tax Analyst will work closely with senior tax professionals and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely tax obligations are met. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your tax skills and contribute to the growth of a dynamic and innovative company.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the calculation of transfer pricing, cross-charging costs, and royalties according to OECD rules.
  • Supporting the calculation of income tax and deferred tax.
  • Reconciling tax accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Calculating and delivering ancillary obligations to guarantee direct tax compliance with local authorities.
  • Acting as a single point of contact between business and financial control.
  • Implementing projects, including SAP, tax tools, KPIs, and new tax calculations.
  • Supporting internal and external audits to obtain clean opinions.
  • Assisting in the preparation and review of tax returns and compliance documentation.
  • Supporting tax audits by gathering necessary documentation and information.
  • Conducting research on tax laws and regulations to assist in compliance efforts.
  • Assisting in implementing tax strategies and processes to optimize tax efficiency.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide tax guidance on business operations.
  • Maintaining accurate tax records and documentation to support compliance.
  • Monitoring updates in tax legislation and assessing their implications.
  • Providing support in transfer pricing calculations as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in tax compliance or related roles.
  • Basic understanding of tax laws and regulations.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • The ability to read, speak, and write fluently in English (additional languages are a plus).
