We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Technical Artist, responsible for pushing the boundaries of artistic talent and innovation. Our environment, character, and concept artists strive to innovate and inspire, creating world-class content that exceeds expectations.

• Utilize Unreal's PCG Framework to populate procedurally generated open-world environments, bringing new levels of depth and realism to the game.
• Manage and maintain large datasets related to world building and assets, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
• Collaborate with gameplay developers, artists, and other team members to integrate concepts into rules that work harmoniously within our procedural world.
• Explore innovative strategies to keep the game fresh and exciting for players, fostering engagement and loyalty.
• Communicate project status and risks transparently to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and success.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating executed game tech art, showcasing technical expertise and artistic vision.
• Good understanding of Procedural Generation Principles, enabling effective application of this powerful technology.
• Ability to pull various asset types together to create cohesive and engaging game art, meeting high standards of quality.
• Experience in secondary areas such as layout or environment art, providing versatility and adaptability.
• Desire and knowledge of how to push Unreal Engine further, staying ahead of the curve in terms of innovation and best practices.
• Willingness to work collaboratively with other content creators, supporting and enhancing their efforts.
• Familiarity with Unreal 5 Engine PCG Framework, an added advantage in this role.
• Experience working on multiple platforms, ensuring cross-platform compatibility and scalability.
• Scripting experience in Blueprint or other languages, enabling efficient implementation of complex systems.
