Massive Bio is a rapidly growing health-tech startup founded in 2015 to provide every cancer patient with access to clinical trials regardless of location or financial situation. Our proprietary patient recruitment and enrollment enablement solution for oncology clinical trials solves every friction point in traditional clinical trial enrollment. Privately held and headquartered in New York, NY, our passionate change-making team is looking for a seasoned professional to join our Provider Engagement team.
Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Hematology/Oncology Business Development Specialist to focus on building strategic partnerships with healthcare providers and pharmaceutical companies in Brazil. As a key member of our Provider Engagement team, you will be responsible for identifying and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, developing business strategies, and driving revenue growth for Massive Bio.
Responsibilities- Establish and maintain relationships with Hematologists/Oncologists, physician associations, hospitals/health systems, and pharmaceutical companies in Brazil.
- Identify and pursue strategic partnership opportunities to expand Massive Bio's operations in Brazil.
- Promote and present the services of Massive Bio to key stakeholders and follow up on the processes regularly.
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth for Massive Bio.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business plans and objectives.
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with:
A BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.4+ years of sales experience in Hematology/Oncology, preferably in respected pharma companies, labs, or biotech.An extensive network of Hematologists/Oncologists.Native Portuguese and fluency in English.Familiarity with medical terminology, clinical trials, and the healthcare system.Excellent oral and written communication skills.A strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.A proven track record of driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets.Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
