Senior Backend Developer

Our company is seeking a skilled senior backend developer to lead the development of our backend systems.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality backend systems using Java, Spring Boot, and Oracle PL/SQL.
  • Work on defining architecture and implementing scalable microservices-based solutions.
  • Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and performance standards.
  • Provide technical support to the team, promoting efficient and sustainable solutions.
  • Participate in technical discussions and strategic decision-making.
  • Fix bugs, optimize code, and perform database tuning to improve system performance.
  • Write technical documentation and participate in code reviews to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on internal and customer projects.
Mandatory Skills:
  • Proven experience in software development with a focus on backend systems.
  • Proficiency in Java (Spring Boot) and Oracle PL/SQL with experience in database design and optimization.
  • Experience with microservices-based architecture and cloud computing platforms.
  • Knowledge of versioning tools (Git), continuous integration, and RESTful APIs.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and suggest efficient solutions.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban).
  • Knowledge of containers (Docker), Kubernetes, and DevOps practices.
  • Experience with testing frameworks and automation tools.
