Role Summary

The Partnerships Activation function is part of our Partner Management team. Our team works to deliver value from agreed marketing rights while helping our Partners deliver utility to their Fan Tokens using Web3 and blockchain-based initiatives. We operate with clear business objectives and Partner fan engagement targets, ideating campaigns, tactics, and activations for Fan Token development globally.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage, review, and deliver the activation pipeline with the Global Head of Activation.
  2. Support the management of the partnership activation budget.
  3. Work with Partnerships Relationship Management and Partnerships Business Developments functions to establish, review, and refine the internal activation process.
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team and other stakeholders to identify key markets and align objectives.
  5. Act as the primary point of contact for the Socios/Chiliz marketing team for campaigns involving Partner Fan Token and/or our Partners.
  6. Use data-led insight to make informed decisions.
  7. Co-own the campaign and activation reporting process with the marketing team.
  8. Support the selection of external providers and suppliers as required.

Requirements

  • Experience in sports partnerships/sponsorship rights delivery and planning is beneficial.
  • Experience in project management and activity planning with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English is a must with proficiency in Portuguese.
  • Interest and understanding of Web3 and blockchain are desirable.
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence.
  • Able to balance autonomy and working as part of a team.
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform decision-making.
