At Chainalysis, we're revolutionizing the way businesses and governments navigate blockchain technology. As a Digital Blockchain Solutions Expert supporting our LatAm business, you'll play a key role in helping customers unlock the full potential of this innovative space.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our Customer Success team and make a meaningful impact on our customers' success. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to provide expert guidance and support, leveraging your deep understanding of blockchain technology and its applications.

We're looking for an experienced professional who can build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, advocate for their needs, and drive strategic account plans. Your expertise in digital solutions, combined with your passion for blockchain, will enable you to deliver exceptional results and drive growth for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish regular contact and reviews with customers to understand their challenges and goals
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive adoption, renewal, and net retention
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation
  • Analyze customer data to inform product development and enhance the overall customer experience
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field, such as customer success, account management, or sales
  • Deep knowledge of blockchain technology and its applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to travel up to 30% of the time, depending on customer and business needs
