We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments through various communication channels and contacting clients to arrange installation, removal, or maintenance of equipment sold or rented by the company.
Responsibilities:- Schedule appointments with clients in a timely and efficient manner
- Contact clients to confirm installation, removal, or maintenance arrangements
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should also have strong organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
You will be working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements. Therefore, you should have a strong customer service focus and be able to build rapport with clients quickly.
