Job Title: Technical Training Leader

About the Role:
  • We are seeking an experienced professional to develop and implement technical training programs for service advisors, technicians, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement technical training programs that cater to the evolving needs of our clients.
  • Maintain a high level of technical expertise through ongoing training and professional development.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure effective knowledge transfer and skill acquisition.
  • Manage and maintain training assets, including materials, equipment, and facilities.
  • Assess training needs and develop individualized training plans for team members.
  • Organize and coordinate annual training plans, ensuring seamless execution.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
  • At least 5 years of experience in technical training-related fields.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English language required.
