We're seeking a skilled Power Platform Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of innovative digital solutions that transform businesses across various industries.

Your expertise will empower our clients to grow, adapt, and lead in rapidly changing markets. With a strong track record of delivering complex projects, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of digital transformation.

  1. Coordinate and support technical teams throughout the project lifecycle
  2. Design and implement Dataverse structures and business logic with Plugins
  3. Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to enterprise standards
  4. Interact with stakeholders to define and align technical solutions with business needs
  5. Guide the implementation of accessibility standards and CI/CD practices when applicable
  6. Promote best practices and mentor other developers across Power Platform initiatives
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience working with Power Platform, including complex enterprise projects
  • Proven experience leading technical Power Apps teams over long-term engagements
  • Advanced knowledge of Power Apps Model-driven, Dataverse, and Plugins
  • Solid understanding of PowerApps architecture and delivery models
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills in English (advanced level)
  • Nice to have: experience with Canvas Apps, Accessibility in Power Apps, and CI/CD pipelines
