Human Capital Partner - Operations

This role involves acting as the bridge between HR and the production floor, being present in both areas to ensure effective people management practices. The successful candidate will work closely with leaders and teams to drive positive change and contribute to sustainable growth.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the liaison between HR and operational areas (production and logistics).
  • Ensure an active presence on the factory floor, including shift coverage when necessary.
  • Manage onboarding, internal movements, and separations processes.
  • Listen actively to leaders and employees, proposing practical solutions that align with company culture.
  • Support timekeeping, work schedule management, and interface with the personnel department.
  • Collaborate on initiatives related to climate, engagement, recognition, and internal communications.
  • Assist leaders in team management, promoting HR-aligned practices.
  • Monitor HR indicators and suggest continuous improvements for operations.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Possess higher education in psychology, human resources, administration, or related fields;
  • Previous experience as a business partner or HR generalist in an industrial setting;
  • Experience managing personnel on the shop floor or in high-volume operational areas;
  • Familiarity with HR routines (recruitment, development, labor relations, indicators, climate).
  • Demonstrate strong communication, empathy, and ability to read the environment;
  • Able to maintain a steady posture, relational balance, and openness to field work;
  • Desirable experience with HR indicators and supporting operational leadership.
