Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to lead our regional IT team. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

About the Role

The IT Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing IT delivery capabilities within the region. This includes providing IT services and solutions to meet business needs, managing relationships with stakeholders, and overseeing IT projects.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead a multi-national team of IT Specialists to provide efficient IT services and solutions.
  • Develop and manage organizational entities for delivering IT services, solutions, and activities in the region.
  • Ensure end-to-end IT service delivery, including onsite services and IT/OT Cybersecurity operational management at sites.
  • Aggregate demands for new and improved IT Infrastructure services required by the business and ensure overall business satisfaction with existing infrastructure services.
  • Collaborate with Business Unit IT Management, IT stakeholders, and 3rd Party IS Suppliers across Hubs.
  • Prioritize tasks and responsibilities to manage regional and local requirements and escalations seamlessly according to global targets and strategy.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Technology related field.
  • Deep experience in IT delivery management roles across regional geographies.
  • Experience in project management of complex global projects including IT system integration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English in a global multicultural environment.
